10/10. Superb customer service every time. Its quite amazing how you remember client matters so well while managing dozens of accounts. Whereas before I would dread calling Vodafone to resolve phone-related issues, I know with evolve I can get matters sorted highly efficiently. You have a rare trait these days which is to go above and beyond the expectation, and my expectations of customer service are usually quite high.
We have dealt with you for a number of years now and I have to say you are amazing to deal with, prompt responses at all times and very helpful in getting things done. You have made all matters to do with mobiles easy and understandable and are also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. My boss and I appreciate all of the effort you make on our behalf.
I just wanted to let you know that evolve have been excellent and provided a first class service and on a scale of 1-10 a definite 10. It has been great to have evolve on the other end of the phone or email to resolve all our challenges – all done this with speed and charm.
My criticism is simple: that your staff are working for you and not for me! You have been great to work with, from our first exchange earlier this year, to your persistence in phoning and emailing me yesterday, even when I disappeared and I resurfaced at the 11th hour just before a flight. You really go the extra mile, and give very good advice. Businesses often find it hard to find people with strength of character and ability to give proactive service.
